What is your favorite way to be restrained? Or - For the dominants in the group, what it your favorite way to retrain your subs?

i have always been a fan of metal restraints. I like the finality of a lock and the security of metal. Something about being in an inescapable situation makes the moment more surreal.

I like rope. I love how tight you can make it and how it makes you feel secure.

I just realized that I asked the question but I didn't give an answer. LOL.
For myself, I prefer rope. There is something poetic about the tying of knots and I actually find it rather appealing. I said this before on a different thread but I usually carry a length of rope with me at all times. Whenever I get stressed out or anxious, I find that practicing my knots is a relaxing distraction for me. You just need to be mindful of where you are when you sit there with a piece of rope tying knots in public. I have gotten more than one strange look from people when I do that.
